Peace Walk

September 2025

Our annual Peace Walk took place on the afternoon of Thursday 11th September, just ahead of the September break.

Despite a few passing showers, the event was a tremendous success. Our young people showed real determination throughout the walk and embodied our school values of Ambition, Respect and Kindness.

One of the key aims of this year’s Peace Walk was to raise funds for our chosen charity, CHAS (Children’s Hospices Across Scotland). Many pupils gathered donations from family and friends in advance, and we are incredibly grateful for their efforts.

Donations are still very welcome and can be made via ParentPay – thank you for your continued support!

A huge well done to all 94 pupil runners and 2 staff runners who completed the 10.2 km Peace Walk 2025.

We are delighted to announce that a new course record was set by Francis Ovani-Finnegan, finishing in an impressive 39 minutes – congratulations! 👏🏼
